Every delivery is whatever single origin we're currently roasting, which means no two bags are guaranteed to be the same. Here's how it works and who it actually suits.
How it works
When you subscribe to Roaster's Choice, you're not selecting a specific coffee. Instead, each delivery is pulled from our current roasting lineup — the origins we're working with at that point in time. That range shifts through the year as harvests change and new lots come in, so a subscription started in spring can look quite different by autumn.
You choose the grind that suits how you brew — whole bean, or ground for cafetière, filter, or espresso — and the format, either 250g or 1kg. Delivery frequency is either every two weeks or every four, depending on how much you get through. Everything else is left to us.
Who it's best for
This suits people who want to explore specialty coffee but don't want the job of researching origins, processing methods, and tasting notes every time they need to reorder. It also works well for anyone who already trusts our roasting and would rather leave the choosing to us than pick blind from a list of unfamiliar names.
It's also a good option if you've been buying the same bag for a while and suspect you've gone a bit stale on it — Roaster's Choice is an easy way to reintroduce some variety without having to actively decide on something new each time.
Who it's not for
If you've already found a coffee you love and have no interest in changing it, Roaster's Choice isn't the right fit — you'll do better with a standard subscription to that specific coffee, so every bag is the one you know you like. Roaster's Choice is built for variety, not consistency, and it's worth being honest about which one you actually want.
What's been in the rotation
The exact lineup changes, but recent rotations have included our Signature Blend, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Colombia Gallego, a Guatemalan, and Brazil Santa Maria, among others. You won't know in advance which is coming next — that's the point — but the range stays within coffees we'd stand behind as a roastery, not filler lots.
