Our most popular coffee — and the one that best represents what we do at Strangford. The Signature Blend is built for everyday drinking: reliable, smooth, and genuinely good in any brew method, whether that's a morning espresso, a flat white, or a slow V60 on a Sunday.

It's a blend we've refined over years of roasting. We combine specialty-grade beans from Central and South America, roasted separately and blended for balance. The result is a cup that's consistent batch to batch — which matters when this is the coffee you come back to every day.

Every batch roasted by the same pair of hands, in the same roastery, on the Strangford shore. Tracked by heat probes and logging software from green to finish — we pull the Signature Blend at a medium roast, developed enough for espresso, light enough to keep the sweetness intact for filter.
