All the ritual. None of the caffeine.
The Mexican Decaf is for the evenings, the second cup, the people who love the taste of coffee but not what it does at 9pm. Sourced from Mexico and decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process — a chemical-free method that removes caffeine while keeping the flavour intact.
What you get is a genuinely good cup: smooth, rounded, with notes of caramel and milk chocolate. It drinks like a proper coffee because it is one.

About This Coffee
Grown in the Chiapas region of Mexico, this coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process — a chemical-free method that uses water and time rather than solvents. It's the kind of decaf you choose because you actually want the coffee, not just the routine.
The Mountain Water Process
The green beans are decaffeinated in Mexico using pure mountain water from Pico de Orizaba, the country's highest peak. The beans are soaked so the caffeine dissolves into the water, which is then filtered to take the caffeine out and returned to the beans so the flavour stays where it belongs. No chemical solvents are used at any stage, and around 99.9% of the caffeine is removed. The result is a decaf that keeps its sweetness and body.
Tasting Notes
Milk chocolate and light caramel come through clearly, with a smooth, rounded body. You'd never guess it was decaf.
Brewing
Works well as espresso, cafetière, or filter. Use the same grind settings you'd use for your regular coffee — nothing changes here.
