Which coffee works well with milk?
Signature is the balanced starting point. Zara Shoal brings a richer chocolate-and-toffee profile, while Seven Knots has a darker, more roasted character.
Can I choose a different grind?
Yes. Every available grind is shown: whole bean, AeroPress, V60/filter, stove top, espresso and cafetière. Choose whole bean if you grind at home, or match the grind to your brewing method. Ask us if you are unsure.
Do you have a decaf option?
Mexican Decaf offers milk-chocolate and caramel notes. Choose either bag size and any of its available grinds.
Using a bean-to-cup machine?
Use our bean-to-cup selection for whole-bean choices. Never put ground coffee into a bean hopper.
