About the Coffees

Each coffee in this bundle is roasted to the profile that best suits its origin — light for the Yirgacheffe to preserve the florals, medium for the Colombian to let the fruit and caramel come through, and medium-dark for the Brazil to develop the chocolate character. All three are roasted in small batches at Strangford and shipped fresh to order. Each bag is labelled with tasting notes so you can follow what you're tasting as you drink.
