The Gallego Microlot comes from a small family farm in Colombia — the kind of lot where every cherry gets individual attention because the farmer's name and livelihood are directly attached to it. Scored at SCA 84+, it sits firmly in specialty territory and has the complexity to justify that score. This one is for people who enjoy exploring what a single farm, a single harvest, and careful processing can produce.
